TROY – Greenville Federal welcomed customers and guests to its new Troy South Banking Center at 1091 S. Dorset Road, Troy.
“It’s a great location in Troy,” said Greenville Federal President and Chief Executive Officer, John Schipfer. “It allows us to serve the community.”
The state-of-the-art facility was opened in mid-2023, replacing the Kroger branch next door. It houses lenders and retail employees, and it includes a back office and a second boardroom.
“We have done a great job working with the Chamber here locally,” Schipfer noted. “Troy has been a great market for us, and we’re working hard to stay visible to the community. We have a great team here.”
Kelly Walker serves as Troy South’s branch manager. Annette Ryan Baker is the SVP of Lending, working out of the South branch while representing the company’s entire footprint. Lyndsay Huffman heads up the Commercial department at the location, and five employees round out the staff.
Troy South Banking Center is one of two Troy locations. Troy North Banking Center is located just north of Troy High School and has a location just south in Tipp City: Tipp City Banking Center. The main office is located at 690 Wagner Ave. in Greenville, and Greenville Kroger Banking Center is located at 200 Lease Ave.
“It represents the community,” Schipfer said of the new building. “They did a great job of designing the building, and we welcome people to visit us.”
