GREENVILLE – Last Week was “Read Across America,” which also includes Dr. Seuss’ birthday on March 2nd. To celebrate school-wide, there were themes everyday based on books written by Dr. Suess.
Our 2nd and 3rd graders were very fortunate to be able to see books come alive with the help of an amazing artist named Patrick Woehl. Mr. Woehl illustrated a book based on the live reading of excerpts and the students’ thoughts and interpretations of what was read.
Mrs. Edwinna Thomas and the Greenville PTA are so very grateful for his time to help make the week great.
