VERSAILLES – Paige Gehret, a senior and 5-year member of the Versailles FFA, was elected on May 1st to serve as the State FFA Vice-President of the Ohio FFA Association for
2026-2027. As part of the process on April 11th, Paige completed an application, participated in a personal interview, led a scenario conversation with an agriculture business leader, recorded a video on why she desired to be an Ohio FFA Association State FFA Officer and turned in thank you notes. While at the State FFA Convention, Paige presented her Why Yes she desired to be a state FFA officer speech to the voting delegates.
At the final session of the 98th State FFA Convention, Paige Gehret was announced as the State FFA Vice President, which was the highest office available to Paige. Paige is the daughter of Gary and Jill Gehret of Yorkshire and just finished serving as the Versailles FFA Chapter President. Paige will be attending The Ohio State University, majoring in Horticulture Science in the fall.
