GREENVILLE— Plans are underway for a possible Five Below to make a location at the former PetValu store at 1305 Wagner.
Cima Network, of Chalfont, Penn., recently applied for a sign variance with the city of Greenville, for the discount store.
However, the company has yet to file for an occupancy permit. Ryan Delk, Greenville Safety/Service Director said they are probably waiting on a sign variance approval to proceed.
