GREENVILLE—The 26th annual Greenville Farm Power of the Past officially opened Thursday morning at the Darke County Fairgrounds with the playing of the National Anthem, raising of the American Flag by Darke County Veterans, and opening ceremonies.
“Welcome to our 26th Annual Greenville Farm Power of the Past Reunion,” said Power of the Past President Chet Linebaugh. “There is a lot of hard work and dedication that goes into our event every summer. A lot of people make it happen. Our directors work all year to put this show together. We wouldn’t be here without their efforts.”
Although Oliver and Case are the featured tractors this year, many well-known makes and models of the past are on the grounds again.
Lesser-known Classic Tractors, Michigan-Built Gas Engines, and Oil Field Engines are featured for 2025.
“Welcome to the 26th Farm Power of the Past here in Greenville, Ohio,” said Darke County Commissioner Aaron Flatter. “On behalf of all three of us Commissioners, welcome and enjoy your time.”
“Welcome to the Farm Power of the Past,” said Greenville Mayor Jeff Whitaker. “We welcome you, we hope you have a great weekend, lots of activities, and just enjoy.”
The event runs four days, Thursday – Sunday, July 10-13, at the Great Darke County Fairgrounds.
