Boozy Book Club at Crafted & Cured
Join us Troy-Miami County Public Library for a Boozy Book Chat! We are meeting at the Crafted & Cured at 8 S Market St, Troy. On Thursday, April 10 at 6:30 p.m. we will discuss Killers of a Certain Age by Deanna Raybourn. The format of this book club is a small group discussion. Food and bar service will be available for adults aged 21 and up. You don’t need to register. Books for discussion are available at the library, or try Libby on your favorite device to download a digital copy!
Workforce Education – Interviewing
In partnership with Clothes That Work, Troy-Miami County Public Library will present workforce education workshops for adults at the library this spring. This program is funded by a grant from the Troy Foundation.
Learn practical skills to help them master any interview, including an opportunity to practice these skills live with the instructor. In this Interview workshop on Monday, April 10 at 10 a.m. participants will discuss topics such as making a great first impression, answering difficult interview questions, and marketing yourself.

Plant Swap
Join us at Troy-Miami County Public Library on Saturday, April 12 from 10-11:30 a.m. for a Plant Swap! If you have perennials and/or other healthy plants (rooted in dirt), please join us to share them with others. Please label all plants and place them in plastic pots or bags. You don’t need to register.
Gardeners may begin arriving at 9:30 a.m. to unload and display their plants. Weather permitting, the swap will occur in the park behind the library. In inclement weather, the swap will be held inside the library.
Real Money Real World: Financial Literacy for Teens
Explore the world of financial literacy at Troy-Miami County Public Library on Monday, April 7 at 4 p.m. with hands-on activities that make complex topics like income, checking and savings, wants versus needs, and deductions easy to understand and engaging for teens and preteens. Join Beth Royer-Delong from OSU’s Miami County office in empowering the next generation with practical money smarts and a brighter financial future. For teens in grades 6-12.

Eggcellent Egg Hunt
Join us at the Troy-Miami County Public Library on Monday, April 14 from 6-7 p.m. for an Eggcellent evening with a fun egg hunt, activities, and crafts. It’s family fun for kids of all ages and their adults in the park behind the library. If the weather requires, we will move inside. You don’t need to register.
Origami: Geo Spheres at the Maker Lab
Join us at the Maker Lab to make Geo Spheres. Learn to create unique origami ball designs! All supplies are provided. This activity is for all ages. This program is offered on Friday, April 11 (2-4p) and Friday, April 5 (2-4p) Choose the session that fits your schedule the best. Registration is required for this program.
