DARKE COUNTY – Apologies to anyone who missed Spittin’ Image in the Park last Thursday. It was a regrettable error. However, there are many more fun events to come this month, with two of them requiring an RSVP to Wally at (508) 789-3884 or Mary at (937) 423-2565 for those who wish to attend.
First, there is a crafting class held on Thursday, June 19th from 1 – 3:00 pm led by Denise Palivec. Those interested will make two diamond dot coasters. These are elegant and unique bejeweled coasters. The fee is $10, and the class size is limited to twenty people. To secure a spot *RSVP by June 12th.
The second is a Summer Picnic event held on Thursday, June 26th, beginning at noon. There will be a free boxed lunch, gift basket raffles, indoor and outdoor games, and so much more for those who *RSVP by June 19th. Those attending are welcome to bring a lawn chair if desired.
All events take place at the Birchwood Senior Center, 8544 Jaysville-St. Johns Road, Greenville and are open to anyone 55+.
