Darke County investigation leads to child pornography charges for Englewood man

DARKE COUNTY – Rick T. Faber (54) of Englewood has been indicted by a Montgomery County grand jury on felony counts of pandering sexually-orientated material involving a minor and illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material, which was allegedly discovered on his computer as part of an investigation by the Darke County Sheriff’s Office.

Faber was also charged with Voyeurism, a second-degree misdemeanor, which reportedly occurred in July following an investigation by the Greenville Police Department. According to Municipal Court documents, a jury trial is currently scheduled for January 2024 in this case.

He is scheduled to be back in a Montgomery County court on Dec. 28.
