Darke County Civic Theater to present 8th annual family production

GREENVILLE—Darke County Civic Theater Proudly presents it’s 8th Annual Family Production.

This years production is entitled “The Bakers Dozen” and is written and directed by Christopher Chapa. The production will take place at Memorial Hall (215 W 4th St, Greenville) on Saturday March 11th (7 pm) and Sunday March 12th (2 pm) Tickets can be purchase pre-sale at Final Bow (116 E 3rd St, Greenville) on Friday March 3rd from 5 – 6 p.m. for $8. Tickets can also be purchase at the door for $10.

This family friendly production is appropriate for all ages and is sure to have something for everyone to enjoy! Take a peek inside the lives of “The Bakers.” Thomas (Andrew Costa) and Lisa (Kianna Dishman) and their thirteen children (Elizabeth Moss, Rylee McMahan, Emma Laughead, Liliray Stewart, Stella Roebuck, Chloe Rieman, Ciara Eversman, Isa Costa, Parker Francis, Kennedy Guillozet, Adeline Rairden, Sofia Harsh and Sam Costa) as they navigate their hectic lives. When the neighborhood family competition is announced, The Bakers decide to face off against their neighborhood rivals, The Johnstons (Marcella Marlett, Bella Enicks, Connor Jones and Gemma) Watch as the Bakers hilariously prepare for the face off, while also facing daily family interruptions of their own.

Rounding out the cast are Malcolm Drees, Michelle Drees, Lucy Driscoll, Jessica Setser and Amelia Zimmer. The production is assistant directed by Mariah Edwards and Kari Thompson, along with Directors Assistant Livy Wetzel. Behind the scenes, Kylie Voisard serves as the Lead Stage Manager, with her team of stage managers – Sarah Crumrine, Rachel Francis and Georgia Wetzel.

Additional crew members include Connie DeSchepper, Jeff Francis, Autumn Gessler, Maggie Hammaker, Sam Ploch, Melissa Rhoades, Laura Shafer and Lacey Snyder.

In addition to the production, we will also be hosting a raffle. We have had community support from many local businesses for this production, including Francis Furniture – who has donated a couch, love seat and reclinging chair. We have also received a very generous donation from Kitchen Aid in the form of a Passion Red Blender. The furniture set and the blender will be raffled off at our performances and all raffle collections will go towards future DCCT productions.
