GREENVILLE – The Darke County 4-H Beef Club met on June 2nd at the Greenville Cemetery. Club members picked up close to 1650 flags that were placed on Veterans’ graves for Memorial Day as their community service project.
Afterwards, the club had a brief meeting, where the theme was baseball/softball. Discussed were the upcoming dates for the online market animal forms, fundraising for fans in the cattle pavilion and online fair entries are open.
The next meeting will be held on July 7th at 7 pm in the cattle show area at the fairgrounds.
