GREENVILLE – The Darke County Republican Party is proud to announce that Congressman Warren Davidson, Turning Point USA, and Mehek Cooke will headline this year’s Darke County Republican Hog Roast on October 19.
The Hog Roast is a long-standing local tradition that provides a free sausage sandwich meal to the public and brings the community together to celebrate conservative values. The event will be held in the new Community Pavilion on the Darke County Fairgrounds. Doors open at noon, program starts at 1 pm.
Congressman Warren Davidson, who represents Ohio’s 8th Congressional District, has been a leading conservative voice in Washington, advocating for fiscal responsibility, American manufacturing, and the protection of individual liberties.
Turning Point USA, one of the country’s fastest-growing youth conservative organizations, will also take the stage. Known for mobilizing and energizing the next generation of conservative leaders, Turning Point’s presence underscores the importance of engaging young voters in Ohio and beyond.
Mehek Cooke, President of American Frontier Strategies, lawyer, and media consultant, will round out the headliners. Born in India but raised in Ohio, Cooke has built a reputation as a trusted conservative voice. She previously served in the Ohio Governor’s Office, at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Ohio, and as a surrogate for the Republican National Committee. Cooke is also a frequent media commentator on Fox News, NewsMax, BBC, and other outlets, offering insight on immigration, elections, school choice, and national security.
“We are thrilled to welcome Congressman Davidson, Turning Point USA, and Mehek Cooke to Darke County as part of this year’s Hog Roast. Their voices represent the strength and breadth of the conservative movement,” said Darke County GOP Chair Katie DeLand.
Various candidates for federal, state and local offices are also invited to speak.
The public is welcome and encouraged to attend this free event to celebrate America, hear from Republican leaders, and connect with candidates. Bring your families, friends, and neighbors. No tickets required.
