GREENVILLE – The Darke County Board of Commissioners met on Thursday afternoon.
Commissioners Matt Aultman, Marshall Combs, and Larry Holmes were present.
The board approved Resolution (R-49-2024). This resolution is three transfers of appropriations. The first is $1,231 to the Darke County airport to pay real estate taxes. The second is $90 for Permanent Improvement, as the bill for poll books was higher than anticipated. The third was $486.30 for the Darke County Sheriff for BSSA membership dues.
The board then approved an expense request for the Darke County Sheriff’s Office. This expense request is so Greg Fourman can attend School Resource Officer Basic Training in July. The total estimated cost for this training is $1,323.
At the end of the meeting, Marshall Combs discussed Trash Bash. Combs stated the dates for the Trash Bash are set for April 20 and 21.
