GREENVILLE – The Darke County Board of Commissioners met Tuesday afternoon. Commissioners Matt Aultman, Marshall Combs, and Larry Holmes were all present.
Under Resolution (R-208-2024), the Fund Advance for the 2022 Versailles Critical Infrastructure Grant was approved. Under Resolution (R-209-2024), Fund Advance for the 2022 Gettysburg Critical Infrastructure Grant.
Commissioners approved a Change Order with Shinn Bros for Reed Rd. Well Field. It was noted that there is a deduct of $40,010.70. It was shared that the deduct is for the project allowance which every contract has and it’s for the unused allowance amount.
During Public Comment, an invite was shared with the Commissioners for the 2024 Darke County Junior Fair Royalty Pageant on behalf of the 2023 Darke County Junior Fair Court. The pageant is a public event and will take place July 9th, 7 p.m. at Radiant Lighthouse. The public is encouraged to come as well.
The Darke County Board of Commissioners meets every Tuesday and Thursday in session at 1:30 p.m. unless otherwise noted.
