GREENVILLE – The Darke County Board of Commissioners met Tuesday afternoon.
Commissioners Matt Aultman, Marshall Combs, and Larry Holmes were all present.
Under Resolution (R-397-2024), Examination and Allowance of Bills dated for November 5, 2024, were read and approved. The amount of the General Fund was $52,660.82; Outside General Funds were $98,183.64; with a Grand Total of $150,844.46.
Under Resolution (R-393-2024), two Transfer of Appropriations were approved. Darke County Prosecutor requested $2,500.00 out of Contract Repair to Subscriptions & Publications to cover subscription costs. Darke County Sewer – Rossburg requested $1,200.00 out of Other Operating to Reimbursement Salary to pay for salary and mileage reimbursement.
Commissioners also approved two Certificates of Appointment for Job & Family Services. Nevin Scott Warren will begin November 12, 2024, as a Social Services Worker 2 and Kelly Ulis will begin November 18, 2024, as a Quality Control Reviewer.
Darke County Pleas presented an expense request for Judge Travis Fliehman. He will be attending OCPJA – Winter Conference December 3-6, 2024. The estimated total is $1,097.20.
Darke County Recorder presented an expense request for Darke County Recorder, Hillary Holzapfel. She will be attending ORA – Winter Conference November 19-22, 2024. The estimated total is $747.48.
Under Resolution (R-396-2024), Commissioner approved Support for November 2024 for Children Services. $60,854.75 will be transferred from the County Fund to Child Services.
