GREENVILLE – The Darke County Board of Commissioners met Thursday afternoon. Commissioners Matt Aultman, Marshall Combs and Larry Holmes were all present.
Under Resolution (R-369-2024), Examination and Allowance of Bills dated for October 17th,
2024, were read and approved. The amount of the General Fund was $38,914.80; Outside
General Funds were $120,245.93; with a Grand Total of $159,160.73.
Commissioners approved the two-step plan for the 2022 Building Demolition and Site
Revitalization Grant. Step one was a transfer to cover the project costs for the grant in the
amount of $5,000 from Outside Funds. Step two was an advance to cover Mikesell’s contract for Project 8 in the amount of $118,893.00.
Commissioners also approved a Certificate of Appointment for the Michael Resource Treatment Center. Seth Unger, Residential Counselor will begin his work November 12th, 2024.
