Jim Bennett, Assistant Darke County Prosecutor, spoke recently at the Ag-Labor & Politics Breakfast, held Sat., March 9, 2024, at Jack’s Cabin in Greenville.
Jim noted, “ I am a tough-nosed but fair Prosecutor, and I believe that we need to clean up the drug trafficking in our area.”
He related his many years of experience and answered many questions concerning items such as sentencing, treatment in lieu of conviction, and civil matters dealing with Township Trustees & County Officials.
Mr. Bennett is a candidate for the Office of Darke County Prosecuting Attorney in the upcoming March 19th Primary Election.
