DARKE COUNTY—The My County Link Athletes of the Week for the week of Jan. 2, 2023 are senior Minaxi Pandey and sophomore Owen Canan.
Minaxi, a sharpshooting guard for the Varsity Lady Wave basketball team, averages 9.7 pts per game.
Owen, guard for the Varsity Railroaders basketball team, recently made a last second 3 pt shot against Covington to advance to the Buccaneer’s holiday tournament championship game.
