DARKE COUNTY – This week’s local spotlight athletes are Ansonia swimmers Kaitlyn Tollefeson and Gavin Stachler.
Kaitlyn is a sophomore who turned in WOAC league top times in the 200-yard freestyle at 2:35.54, 200-yard IM at 3:03.80, 100-yard backstroke at 1:25.23 and 50-yard freestyle at 30.96.
Gavin is a junior swimmer and set new school records in the 200-yard IM and 100-yard backstroke. He won the sectional tournament in both events with a 2:09.98 in 200 yard IM and 59.92 in the 100 yard backstroke.
