Arrest made in Greenville sex offense investigation

GREENVILLE – On Tuesday, at approximately 1:57 pm, Braden Denny (18), of Greenville, was arrested after an investigation confirmed Braden had been attempting to engage in sexual conduct with a subject, he believed to be a 13-year-old female. Braden had arranged to pick up the juvenile to engage in sexual activities within the city of Greenville.

This investigation was started due to multiple reports of Denny attempting or actively engaging in sexual conduct with juveniles.

A traffic stop was conducted on Denny in his vehicle at Tecumseh and E. Main Street as he was on his way to meet with the juvenile female. Denny was placed under arrest for Importuning, a felony of the 5th degree, and transported to the Darke County Jail.
