ARCANUM – Arcanum-Butler Schools is getting a good summer cleaning with the help of some of its students.
“They are working in the restrooms, classrooms, hallways, teacher lounge, and cafeteria, cleaning all kinds of things and doing odds and ends jobs trying to help keep our school clean and nice,” said Arcanum High School Principal Ty Cates. “We have such a beautiful facility, and it is nice that the students come back and help before some of them head off to college and make some extra money in the summer.”
“It helps them and helps the school,” Cates added. “It keeps them busy and holds them accountable. It gets them up in the morning to be productive for the day.”
