INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Ansonia FFA traveled to Indianapolis October 21–24 for the 99th National FFA Convention & Expo. Several FFA officers enjoyed learning, leadership, and FFA fun. The trip kicked off with a short meeting at Jack’s Cabin in Greenville, followed by a tour of Case IH before arriving in Indianapolis.
Fourteen members traveled to Indy for the day trip, where they attended general sessions, explored the National FFA Expo, enjoyed a hypnotist show, and attended the Buckeye Bash. Members also had time to explore downtown Indianapolis.
The trip wrapped up Saturday morning at Lucas Oil Stadium, where members had the opportunity to attend the American FFA Degree Ceremony and watch Sophia Aultman receive her American FFA Degree.
We are proud of our members for representing Ansonia FFA and taking advantage of opportunities to learn more about agriculture, develop their leadership skills, and connect with FFA members from across the country. The memories and experiences gained throughout this trip will last long after the convention is over.
