NEW MADISON – On Saturday, September 26, 2026 the VFW with the New Madison Boy Scout Troop 96 performed a dignified Flag Disposal at the VFW 7262 District 3 at 219 N Ohio St., Greenville.
District 3 Commander Doug Zeek led the remarks followed by the Local Commander Bob McMiller.
Fred Rojas, Surgeon of VFW District 3, New Madison, also remarked how disposal would go for observers and Scouts, and many flags were disposed of in a respectful process, with the following Scouts folding and carrying the many flags.
