GREENVILLE – Friday evening, the Darke County Junior Fair Poultry Department named their 2024 Poultry Royalty.
Each contestant had to complete an application and turn it into the Jr. Fair Office for review.
Once applications are received each contestant must complete an interview with the newly
crowned fair court each year. The interviews are all individually with roughly five to six questions each about poultry and their project.
Decisions are determined after the conduction of interviews from a selected judge. The
announcement is then made at the fair.
This year, the judge had an incredibly hard time making a decision from the outstanding
contestants.
The 2024 Darke County Junior Fair Poultry Royalty Court are as followed:
Cassidy Suebert – Princess
Grant Moore – Prince
Aaliyah Biddlestone – Queen
Ethan Subler – King
This group will have the opportunity to help run the shows throughout the duration of the fair. They will also help with passing out awards and helping with any tasks that may be needed including the auction.
