DARKE COUNTY – On Saturday, at approximately 12:39 am, a traffic stop was conducted by a Darke County Sheriff’s Deputy on Grubbs Rex Road near Gordon Landis Road, South of Arcanum.
Throughout the course of the traffic stop, bulk amounts of suspected fentanyl, heroin, and methamphetamine were located and seized. The driver, Ethan Green (34) of Parker City, Ind., and his passenger, Travis Ford (33)of Farmland, Ind., were arrested during the stop.
Green is charged with Aggravated Possession of Drugs (F2); Tampering with Evidence (F3); and Driving under Suspension (M1).
Ford is being held on Aggravated Possession of Drugs (F2); and Tampering with Evidence (F3). Further charges may be added pending review from the Darke County Prosecutor’s Office.
Both Green and Ford remain in custody at the Darke County Jail pending their initial appearance.
