Zechar-Bailey Employee Spotlight: Hallie Foureman

I have been employed with Zechar Bailey Funeral Homes for the past 6 years as a pre-need specialist, helping our families prepare for their funeral and getting their affairs in order as well as following up with our Zechar Bailey families served to assist with their continued support throughout their healing process.

I am a lifelong resident of Darke County and have been married to my husband Scott Foureman for 34 years. Together we love to travel, spend time at our lake home in Michigan, and are forever Cincinnati Reds fans. My hobbies include kayaking, biking and photography. I love spending time with my family, mostly my nieces and nephews, who are my world!

I am a member of the Greenville Business Professional Women’s organization, where I have served as secretary and as club vice president for the past two years. I am very involved with BPW, raising money for our Scholarship fund that gives scholarships to Darke County senior girls. I am a member of VAPPA (Versailles Area Pride and Progress Association). I volunteer every month for Shared Harvest and Wreaths Across America in December. I am also the founder/organizer of the “Adopt A Tree Program” for the Greenville City Parks after the 2024 tornado, which raised over $130,000 to help bring our city park back to the beautiful place it was.

Working at Zechar Bailey Funeral Homes has been the most fulfilling job I have ever had. Being able to help our families, whether it be pre-planning or supporting them at the difficult times in their life, is what I love most. I am grateful to work for a company that supports and encourages me to be the best version of myself.
