GREENVILLE – Western Ohio Motor Sports donated $500 to the Darke County Harness Racing Association for their stall rehabilitation project.
“We share the racetrack with them in Darke County,” said Western Ohio Motor Sports President and owner, Len Nealeigh. “It’s a practice track for them except during the fair, they race there during the fair. If they need a water truck we let them use our water truck. We just try to get together – we all need each other. It went to a good cause.”
Ed Browning and several anonymous racers helped with the donation.
“We like to show the public that the motorcycle racing and horsemen do get along,” Nealeigh stated. “We share the track together and we like to help each other out.”
