GREENVILLE – The Greenville Business & Professional Women’s Club’s (BPW) Public Relations Committee is inviting all members and guests to their monthly meeting on Thursday, January 9th to kick off 2025.
The meeting is to be held at the Chestnut Village Meeting Room, 823 Chestnut Drive at 6:30 PM. The meeting is hosted by Chair Joelle York, and members Holly Lovely, Joanna Pittenger, Dorothy Poeppelman, Jodie Anderson and Susan Fowble.
The featured speaker is Victoria Martin, a Professional Clinical Counselor with Supervisory Endorsement who has provided mental health to individuals of all ages for over 10 years. She is a Licensed Social Worker with 20 years of experience. Martin specializes in trauma work and uses these skills to help individuals work through the aftermath that trauma leaves behind with such issues as depression, anxiety and grief. Her experiences gave her the foundation needed to open Martin Counseling & Consultation, Inc. In addition to her private practice, she also works part-time at Recovery & Wellness Centers of Midwest Ohio where she has served as Clinical Director for many years.
The dinner meeting starts at 6:30 PM at a cost of $15.00. Fundraisers are held throughout the year to raise money to grant scholarships to Darke County senior high school girls and young women furthering their education. The Club meets on the second Thursday of every month for a dinner meeting.
