VERSAILLES – On March 24th, Versailles FFA placed 6th overall in the State FFA Dairy Judging Contest.
The Versailles FFA Dairy Judging Team consisted of Cale Henry, Shawna Schmitmeyer, Teresa Schmitmeyer, and Adam Brandt. Individually, Cale Henry placed 4th overall in the state out of over 400 individuals. Congratulations Cale!
The State FFA Dairy Judging contest consists of an online test and state preliminary finals, in which the top 10 teams qualify for another round of finals, during which they judge classes of cattle and provide memorized oral reasons for their personal placements.
The Dairy Judging Team would like to thank Charlie Henry and Steve Buschur for providing practices and assisting the team. Congratulations again to the State Dairy Team.
