
VERSAILLES – On Tuesday, December 3rd, the Versailles FFA hosted a DIY Pine arrangement class in the Ag Shop and focused on FFA members sharing their own individual talents.
Throughout the night, there were speakers which included: Paige Gehret, who talked about making bows and provided a lesson on Poinsettias and pine. Eden and Liam Barga explained their SAE of goat production and demonstrated how to make goat milk fudge, Lucy Schmitmeyer discussed the flowers and their role in arrangements, color wheel, and the points behind them, and Margaret Schmitmeyer demonstrated how to make a flower arrangement.

Overall, the event had 45 attendees who had the opportunity to take home both a pine arrangement and a floral arrangement they made. The program was completely taught and demonstrated by Versailles FFA.
