MILLERBURG, Ohio – Jayse Haworth of Darke County and Hayden Schwieterman of Mercer County won Gold at the Ohio Archers Indoor 300 State Championship on Saturday in Millersburg, Ohio.
Jayse shot a 298/300 with 37 Xs, putting him in 1st place in the Youth Bowhunter class. This is Jayse’s second State win. Hayden competed in the very competitive Freestyle Young Adult class, taking the top position with a perfect 300/300 with 50 Xs.
Both boys are members of the Archery Learning Academy team out of Sidney, and are coached by Michael Gossard.
