July 9, 8:54 pm. B.M. Oneal arrested Ashley Carter on W Market St; Sunoco TR W Market. Disorderly conduct offense.

July 14, 10:40 pm. J.A. Beaty arrested Jason Tucholski at Covent Rd. Offense of Assault.

July 15, 3:37 pm. J.A. Misirian arrested Megan Grove. Offense of Theft.
July 16, 3:06 pm. S.R. Schipper arrested Patrick Rinehart. Offenses of Violating protection order or consent agreement, menacing by stalking, knowingly causing to believe physical harm or cause mental distress, telecommunications harassment.

TRAFFIC STOP
July 7, 6:03 pm. H.W. Bradburn stopped a vehicle at the intersection of W Main St and S Ridge Ave. An adult male was given a citation for an expired license plate.
July 7, 7:17 pm. K. Duchak initiated a traffic stop at W Market St. The driver was issued a citation for driving under suspension.
July 7, 8:09 pm. K. Duchak initiated a traffic stop. The passenger was arrested on a Shelby County warrant.
July 8, 8:12 am. A. McKown conducted a traffic stop on W Main St near the 75 overpass for an equipment violation. The driver was found to be suspended and was issued a citation for the suspension.
July 11, 9:26 am. Shane Marker stopped a motorcycle on W. Main St near Troy Town Dr. Rider was suspended with no motorcycle endorsement and issued a citation.
July 11, 11:19 am. Shane Marker stopped a vehicle on Grant St near W Market St and issued the driver a citation for DUS
July 11, 1:34 pm, Schlumpf conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle at Overpass TR W Market St. due to observing a female driving who had an active warrant. Female incarcerated.
July 11, 8:13 pm, H.W. Bradburn stopped a black Mitsubishi Outlander at N Market St for having no license plate. An adult male was given a citation for an unlawful license plate. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
July 15, 11:57 pm. M.L. Steffano initiated a routine traffic stop for moving violations that resulted in a male subject being arrested for OVI. Multiple citations were issued, and the subject was released to a family member.
July 16, 11:44 pm. J. Deal conducted a traffic stop for a vehicle driving with no lights on at night. The passenger was cited for possession of marijuana, and the driver was released with a warning.
CIVIL DISPUTE
July 11, 9:57 am. Brian Ross was dispatched to a TPO violation. A subject was charged with violating a TPO. He is at large, so a warrant will be requested.
July 16, 5:24 pm. K. Duchak was dispatched in reference to a civil dispute. An adult female was arrested on a misdemeanor warrant. No charges were filed in reference to the alleged protection order violation.
DISTURBANCE
July 8, 8:45 pm. K. Duchak was dispatched to Scott St in reference to a disturbance. A traffic stop was initiated, and two adult males were charged with open container.
DUI ALCOHOL OR DRUGS
July 8, 11:31 pm. J. Gates stopped to assist a stopped motor vehicle in the roadway at Commerce Center Blvd and Mckaig Rd, the driver was arrested for OVI.
TRAFFIC CRASH
July 7, 11:36 pm, J. Beaty responded to a hit-skip accident in the Troy Public Square regarding an unknown silver truck striking a yield sign. The vehicle and operator were identified. Citations were issued for hit-skip and marked lanes.
July 7, 11:57 pm. J. Beaty responded to a disturbance located at Miami St and Meadow Ln regarding a possible accident involving a vehicle and scooter. Involved parties were identified, and the driver of the vehicle received a citation.
WARRANT
July 11, 12:33 pm. Shane Marker. The wanted subject was observed at Motel 6. The subject took off into the woods and was tracked by K-9. The subject was located and incarcerated.
July 16, 11:15 pm. M.L. Steffano. A curfew violation for a male walking in the Skate Park after dark resulted in the male being arrested for multiple active warrants out of Miami County. No new charges were filed.
ASSAULT
July 14, 10:40 pm, J. Beaty took an assault not in progress complaint that occurred at Covet Rd involving two males. The victim responded to Troy PD. Due to an apparent head injury, the victim was evaluated by a Troy medic and transported to Kettering Troy Hospital for treatment. The suspect was identified and charged with assault.
THEFT
July 15, 12:03 pm. J. Misirian charged a woman with shoplifting from Dollar General on N Market St.
July 17, 1:03 am. J. Deal responded to the area of Stonyridge Ave and Mayfield Dr in reference to a suspicious complaint. After investigation, it was discovered that a catalytic converter had been stolen from at least one vehicle. The victim was notified, and a report was completed.
