December 15, 7:51 am. Ptl. Shane Marker stopped a vehicle for speeding on Adams St. and issued the driver a citation.
December 15, 9:06 am. Ptl. Shane Marker stopped a vehicle for speeding on Mckaig Ave near Ridge Ave and issued the driver a citation.
December 15, 10:17 am. Ptl Shane Marker. Conducted a traffic stop on E Main St for a registration violation. The driver was issued a citation.
December 16, 5:53 pm. Ptl K. Duchak initiated a traffic stop. The driver was issued a citation for driving without a valid license.
December 16, 8:51 pm. Ptl. K. Duchak initiated a traffic stop. The driver was issued citations for failure to reinstate and unlawful license plate display.
December 17, 12:12 am. While on patrol, Ptl. D. Guillozet made a traffic stop on N Market St. near Bently Circle. The driver was issued a citation for speed and arrested for OVI.

December 20, 7:18 am. Sgt. J. Misirian stopped and cited a driver for having expired registration in the area of W Mint St. and I-75.
December 20, 7:36 am. Ptl. T. Iverson stopped a vehicle for their speed. The driver was issued a citation.
December 20, 7:47 am. Ptl. Shane Marker stopped a vehicle on W—Market St near Jenner Rd. The driver was issued a citation of DUS, and the owner was issued a citation for wrongful entrustment.

December 20, 4:32 pm. Sgt. Waite stopped a vehicle in the lot of Tire Choice on W. Main St. for expired registration and cited the driver.
December 20, 6:01 pm. Ptl. H.W. Bradburn stopped a vehicle on W Market St for a speed violation. An adult male was given a citation for Speed and DUS FRA.

THEFT NOT IN PROGRESS
December 15, 8:01 am. Ptl. J. Deal took a theft complaint of a property taken from a motor vehicle on Williams St. A report was taken.
December 17, 4:01 pm. Ptl K. Duchak was dispatched to E Franklin St in reference to a theft. An adult male was arrested/incarcerated for Theft.
December 21, 1:39 pm. Ptl Chalfant was dispatched to a theft offense at Kohl’s, and one female was charged.
ASSIST MOTORIST
December 15, 10:39 am. Ptl Shane Marker observed a truck and trailer break down in the roadway on E Main St. The driver was found to be suspended, and the plates did not match. The driver was issued citations.
ACCIDENT WITH NO INJURY
December 15, 11:31 am. A vehicle driving the wrong way along the street stopped, then backed into another vehicle trying to correct its direction of travel on S Walnut St.
December 19, 7:12 am. A two-vehicle rear-end crash occurred on SR 718 at McKaig Ave.
December 19, 5:21 pm. Ofc. Koewler was dispatched to S Market and W Market St for a noninjury accident. A citation was issued.
December 20, 4:45 pm. Ofc. Koewler was dispatched to N Short St and W Water St for a noninjury accident, and a citation was issued.
HIT SKIP ACCIDENT
December 15, 6:11 pm. There was a hit-skip accident in the area of W Water and S Cherry St. The suspect vehicle was described as a dark grey or blue pickup truck.
SUSPICIOUS PRIORITY
December 17, 8:17 am. Officers responded to Agave and Rye in reference to a male that was found in the kitchen area. And was bleeding. After investigation, one adult male was charged with criminal trespass and disorderly conduct.
RECKLESS OPERATION
December 18, 4:30 pm. Officers were dispatched to the Troy Bus Garage due to a vehicle driving past the school bus while lights were on. One male was cited.
JUNK VEHICLE COMPLAINT
December 19, 11:57 am. Sgt. J Misirian located a red Chevrolet Blazer parked in the Walmart parking lot. The rear diver’s side tire was flat, and it appeared the vehicle had been left there for days. The registration expired on 9/26/2023. There were no “local involvements” for either the owner or the vehicle in the Report System. Misirian placed a green sticker on the vehicle. Misirian had the two-page notification form mailed to the owner’s address, noting the vehicle needed to be renewed, repaired, and moved by December 28 at 7 am.
WARRANT
December 21, 5:34 am. Troy units responded to the Super 9 hotel for a warrant complaint. The male was located and arrested.
December 21, 6:42 pm. Ptl. H.W. Bradburn arrived at Williamsburg Pl to arrest a male with an out-of-county warrant. An adult male was arrested for his active warrant.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT
December 21, 4:12 pm. Ptl. H.W. Bradburn was dispatched to W Market St for the report of a disorderly male. The male was transported home.
December 21, 5:23 pm. Ptl. H.W. Bradburn was dispatched to the intersection of Wayne St and Crescent Dr. For a welfare check. An adult male was arrested for Disorderly Conduct.
SUSPICIOUS PERSON/VEHICLE/NOISE
December 22, 12:28 am. The vehicle was observed to be partially on the road and shoulder near Fairmont Ct and Fairview Ct. The driver was arrested for having physical control of the vehicle while under the influence.
