December 6, 4:17 p.m. – P Hinger arrested Beverly K. Mabbitt on the offense of Theft without Consent.
December 6, 4:39 p.m. – S H Hampton arrested a Female Juvenile Offender on the offense of Unruly Juvenile Offenses.
December 6, 11:22 a.m. – G M Spohn arrested Sammy L. Pearson, on the offense of Menacing – Believe Will Cause Physical Harm.
December 7, 3:56 a.m. – J M Deal arrested Mason D. Richhart, on the offense of Offenses Involving Underage Persons – Underage Consume Beer Intoxicating Liquor.
ACCIDENT WITH NO INJURY
December 6, 7:19 a.m. – There was a reported one-vehicle accident (No Injury) at the intersection of Skylark Drive & Longwood Drive. A citation was issued and a report was taken.
December 6, 9:28 a.m. – Ptl. T. Iverson was dispatched to a non-injury accident at Water St. / Adams St. The Driver was issued a citation.
December 6, 2:54 p.m. – PTL. S. Hampton was dispatched to the report of an accident near the Public Square fountain. The driver was issued a citation for Full Time Attention.
December 7, 11:13 a.m. – Ofc. A. McKown was Dispatched to a motor vehicle crash on S Union Rd. Reference OH-1 for further information.
December 7, 6:17 p.m. – Ptl. H. W. Bradburn was dispatched to the intersection of W Main St and S Stanfield Rd for a reported traffic accident. An adult female was issued a citation for Traffic Control Devices. See OH-1 for further information.
TRAFFIC STOP
December 6,8:55 a.m. – A Traffic Offense was reported at S Dorset Rd & Mckaig Ave.
December 6,10:41 a.m. – Ptl. T. Iverson. The vehicle was stopped for expired registration. Driver issued citation.
December 8, 5:52 p.m. – Ptl. K. Duchak initiated a traffic stop near the 1400 block of West Market Street. The driver was issued citations for driving under suspension, and a license plate light violation. The registered owner of the vehicle was warned of wrongful entrustment.
December 9, 1:00 a.m. – Officers responded to a report of a male being disorderly at a residence on Meadowpoint. The vehicle was leaving at a high rate of speed upon arrival. The vehicle was stopped and the driver was found to be intoxicated. When told to exit the vehicle the driver drove off and began to flee. A PIT maneuver was performed and the male was taken into custody for OVI and Fleeing and Eluding.
December 9, 12:57 p.m. – PTL. Marker, Shane stopped a vehicle for a moving violation and issued the driver a citation.
December 9, 1:09 p.m. – Sgt J. Misirian stopped and cited a driver for having expired registration on Main/Marybill.
December 9, 10:06 p.m. – Ptl. K. Duchak conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of West Market Street and South Dorset Road. The driver was issued citations for driving under suspension, and rules for turns at intersections.
December 9, 11:32 p.m. – Officer Marshall initiated a traffic stop on Staunton at Meadow. A citation was issued.
MENACING
December 6,11:22 a.m. – An officer was dispatched to a report of Menacing in the 700 block of W. Franklin St. A report was taken.
ACCIDENT WITH INJURY
December 6, 2:26 p.m. – Ptl. Wills, K was dispatched to an accident involving injuries on OVERPASS TR W MAIN ST.
December 7, 3:56 a.m. – Officers responded to the area of 1611 North Rd. about a traffic crash. After an investigation, a 19-year-old male was arrested for OVI and underage alcohol consumption.
THEFT NOT IN PROGRESS
December 6, 4:17 p.m. – Officer Hinger P. responded to Meijer due to a theft. One female was charged.
December 6, 6:12 p.m. – Ptl. Schipper responded to the 300 block of W. Race St. on a theft complaint.
December 7, 11:16 a.m. – Ptl. T. Iverson was dispatched to a theft complaint, report was taken.
December 7, 6:36 p.m. – Sgt. Waite was dispatched to report a theft of a Nintendo Switch from the victim’s apartment.
December 8, 11:32 p.m. – Ptl. J. Deal responded to S Mulberry St. about a theft complaint.
UNRULY JUVENILE
December 6, 4:39 p.m. – Troy officers were dispatched to the report of an Unruly Juvenile near Fairmont Ct. The juvenile was located and charged as an Unruly Juvenile.
DISTURBANCE / FIGHT
December 7, 8:41 a.m. – Ptl. T. Iverson was dispatched to a disturbance. Female arrested for domestic and incarcerated in the Miami County Jail.
December 7, 7:36 p.m. – Ptl. H. W. Bradburn was dispatched to 582 Maplewood Dr for a reported disturbance. An adult female was incarcerated at the Miami County Jail for Criminal Damaging and Obstructing Official Business.
December 9, 12:29 a.m. – Officer Marshall was dispatched to a disturbance at Westhaven Dr. One male was arrested.
ASSIST SQUAD
December 7, 1:43 p.m. – Ptl. M. L. Steffano an assist squad complaint was filed at 1355 Imperial Ct. Apt. B. An adult male was bitten by a dog at that location and transported to UVMC for care.
SUSPICIOUS PERSON/VEH/NOISE
December 8, 1:13 a.m. – A vehicle was discovered stopped in the roadway at the intersection of South Ln and Stonycreek Rd. The vehicle was on the wrong side of the roadway and the vehicle was very close to the intersection. The driver was found passed out behind the wheel and was arrested for OVI. Charges are pending lab results.
WARRANT
December 8, 12:28 p.m. – Ptl. T. Iverson was dispatched to a Female located at Wal-Mart with felony warrants through Miami County. The female was arrested and incarcerated in the Miami County Jail.
December 8, 6:45 p.m. – Ptl. K. Duchak located a male subject with an outstanding misdemeanor warrant near the 1200 block of Brukner Drive. The male was subsequently arrested/incarcerated on the warrant. Additionally, suspected narcotics were seized from the male’s person. Drug charges are pending the BCI lab results.
PRIVATE PROPERTY ACCIDENT
December 8, 12:37 p.m. – Officer Spohn was dispatched to a private property accident involving two vehicles in the parking lot of 825 W . Main Street (Wendy’s).
HIT SKIP ACCIDENT
December 8, 12:52 p.m. – Sgt. J. Marshall was dispatched to a hit-skip accident that occurred at an unknown location.
CRIMINAL DAMAGE / MISCHIEF
December 8, 8:23 p.m. – Sergeant N.H. Freisthler reported a vehicle window broken by a rock thrown by juveniles on W. Main Street at S. Norwich.
JUNK VEHICLE COMPLAINT
December 9, 9:27 a.m. – PTL. Marker, Shane responded to a Junk vehicle observed at S. Cedar ST. Owner informed of violations and provided with long form junk vehicle complaint.
