ARREST SUMMARY 

December 1, 6:52 pm. B.M. Oneal arrested Matthew D. Show at McKaig Ave on the offenses of Assault on a Peace Officer – Firefighter or emergency Medical, Resisting Arrest, and Disorderly Conduct. 

December 1, 11:22 pm. A.C.. McKown arrested Allison R. Mayo at Nashville Rd and W Market St on the offense of Driving While Under the Influence of Alcohol and/or Drugs. 

December 2, 5:47 pm. J.M. Waite arrested Dustin D. Hilson at N Walnut St. and E Main St. on the offense of Possession of Marijuana. 

December 3, 11:33 pm. M.S. Mosier arrested Adain E. Orellana Perez at E State Rt 55 and S State Rt 202 on the offense of NO OL. 

December 6, 12:32 pm. T Iverson arrested Bryan D Fry at Wayne St on the offenses of Driving Under OVI Suspension and Driving while under the Influence of Alcohol and/or Drugs. 

December 6, 3:18 pm. H Bradburn arrested Yosuke Suwa at Crescent Drive on the offense of Violating a Protection Order or Consent Agreement – Pursuit To. 

ASSIST SQUAD

December 1, 8:08 am. Ofc. T.R. Weaver was dispatched to Stonebridge Dr. With a squad in reference to a 60-year-old female down and not breathing. After paramedics worked on her, she was pronounced deceased. The scene was handed over to the detective section. 

TRAFFIC STOP

December 1, 8:58 am. Ptl Shane Marker conducted a Traffic Stop in the parking lot of the Stouder Center. The driver was arrested for OVI. 

December 2, 3:06 pm. Ptl. Bragg conducted a traffic stop at Adams St and Hobart Arena. A female was identified, and her license had expired. A citation for Expired OL 45410.12A1 was issued. 

December 2, 5:47 pm. A vehicle was stopped on S. Walnut St. at E Main for a brake light offense, and the driver was cited. 

December 2, 11:01 pm. Troy units were dispatched to a disturbance involving multiple subjects at N. Market St, Agave, and Rye. Two subjects were arrested and transported to the Miami County Jail. A report was taken. 

December 7, 7:37 am. Sgt. J. Misirian stopped and cited a driver for having an OH OL status of Failure To Reinstate on Main St. 

December 7, 9:08 am. Sgt. J. Misirian stopped and cited a driver for having an expired registration. Misirian warned the same driver for also having defective brake lights on E Main St. 

December 7, 9:41 pm. Ptl. H. W. Bradburn stopped a vehicle for having one headlight. An adult male was given a citation for DUS FRA, and 2 Headlight Required. 

FRAUD

December 1, 12:57 pm. Ptl. J. Deal responded to Minster Bank in reference to a fraud complaint. After investigation, an adult male was located and arrested for forgery, possessing drug abuse instruments, and having an active felony warrant out of Montgomery County. 

ACCIDENT WITH NO INJURY

December 1, 11:22 pm. Troy officers responded to a single-vehicle crash on W Market St. near Nashville Rd. There were no injuries reported; the driver was arrested for operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol. 

THEFT NOT IN PROGRESS. 

December 3, 4:16 am. Ptl. J. Beaty was dispatched to Lincoln Ave regarding a theft complaint. A male suspect was identified. The property was recovered and turned back over to the owner. The Male suspect was booked into Miami County Jail for theft and drug possession. 

WELFARE CHECK

December 5, 9:01 am. Ptl. Shane Marker was dispatched to a Welfare Check at Graceview Apartments. The subject was found to be deceased, and the report was taken. 

RECKLESS OPERATION

December 5, 9:38 am. Officers were dispatched to the Troy Bus Garage due to a Reckless Operation. One female was cited for not stopping for a School Bus. 

PEDESTRIAN CONTACT 

December 5, 10:14 am. Pedestrian stop on a male in the Walmart parking lot. After investigation, one male was incarcerated on Receiving Stolen Property charges. The male was located in a stolen vehicle.

TRESPASSING COMPLAINT

December 5, 10:22 am. Ptl. J. Deal responded to the area of Marcos Pizza in reference to a trespassing complaint. While en route, Deal was informed that the suspect was now at Arby’s and had just exposed himself to employees there. The male was located walking near Wendy’s. He was arrested and incarcerated for indecent exposure.

DISTURBANCE/FIGHT

December 5, 7:02 pm. Ptl. K. Duchak was dispatched to New Castle Dr in reference to a disturbance. An adult male was arrested/incarcerated on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant. 

JUNK VEHICLE COMPLAINT

December 6, 9:41 am. Sgt. J Misirian located a gold Buick LeSabre bearing OH REG HBZ9655 backed into a parking space near 28 Cameo Cir.  The vehicle’s front end was up on jack stands, the front driver’s side tire was off, and a pool of liquid was underneath.  Misirian placed a green notification sticker on the vehicle and personally served the owner the notification form to have the vehicle repaired by December 15th, 2023, at 7 am.
