DARKE COUNTY – Tornado warnings ripped through the Miami Valley late Thursday night. In Greenville, the tornado sirens could be heard for approximately 30 minutes as a severe storm passed through the area.
As the storm passed with some reports of damage, other counties in the area sustained major damage. Severe damage and injuries were reported in several counties as the storm system passed through the Miami Valley.
It is not yet confirmed by the National Weather Service in Wilmington how many tornados touched down. Check back for updates on this developing story…
