Tilden A. Moore, age 73, of Arcanum, passed away at 5:40 pm Monday, March 18, 2024, at Village Green Healthcare Center in Greenville.
Tilden was born June 12, 1950, in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, to the late Ellis L. Moore & Eva M. (Fitzwater) Moore Elsass. He was also preceded in death by his stepfather, Aldo Elsass.
Tilden is survived by his son, Corey Moore of Eldorado; brother, Bob Moore of Albuquerque, New Mexico; sisters, Violet Kwapich of Toledo and Wilma Murphy of Greenville.
Tilden retired from Embarq Telephone Company in Greenville. He was a member of the VFW in Arcanum and Greenville and the American Legion in Greenville. He was a former member of the White Water Valley HOG in Richmond, Indiana.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, March 24, 2024, from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home in Greenville, with a private funeral service immediately following with Pastor Todd Reish officiating.
