The Wayne Theatre, located at 540 S. Broadway, Greenville, is set to have its Grand Opening on November 17. Their first movie being shown that weekend will be “The Marvels,” the latest Marvel Studios production.
The Wayne Theatre is excited about all the amenities it has to offer. There are Ultimate Rocker plush rocking loveseats with adjustable armrests to let you comfortably sit back and enjoy the show, state-of-the-art digital projection technology for clear HD images and captivating visuals, and a wide variety of Concessions, including nachos, buttered popcorn, warm Bavarian pretzels, and classic candies.
The theatre also has amenities to help with its accessibility. This includes Assistive Listening Devices (ALDs), which are wireless headsets allowing users to customize the volume to their liking; neck loops that work in concert with guest’s hearing aids are also available. Audio Description (AD) wireless headsets provide users with additional descriptions of the visual setting and action on the screen. Wireless Closed Caption (CC) devices offer personal monitors with adjustable digital text displays that attach to the cup holder armrests.

Movies to come soon include Disney’s “Wish” on November 30, starring Ariana DeBose, Evan Peters, and Chris Pine, and “Wonka” on December 15, starring Timothée Chalamet, Olivia Colman, and Hugh Grant.
