DARKE COUNTY – On Thursday at approximately 4:04 PM Darke County Deputies, along with Greenville Township Fire, Greenville City Fire and Greenville Township Rescue, were dispatched to US 127 and OH 121 in reference to an injury accident.
Preliminary investigation revealed a 2014 Chevy Sonic driven by Addison Meade (17) of Palestine was traveling north on US 127 when she attempted to turn onto the OH 121 ramp. Meade failed to negotiate the turn, striking an overhead sign support, where the vehicle came to rest.
Meade and her two passengers were transported to Wayne HealthCare by Greenville Township Rescue with minor injuries.
