GREENVILLE – The Lady Wave seventh-grade Team White took the “W” in the annual match-up in the infamous “Green vs White” game, where the seventh and eighth-grade teams compete against one another.
It was a back-and-forth battle, inning by inning – with some excellent bats and great fielding plays by both teams. The seventh-grade Team White earned this year’s “bragging rights” as they won by one run, with a final score of 7-6.
A great job by both teams, and the teams were definitely blessed by clearing the diamond just before the rain came in.
