Susan Mary Brown age 75, of Greenville and formerly of Arcanum, passed away at 11:48 pm Wednesday, July 31, 2024, at EverHeart Hospice Care Center in Greenville.
Susan was born September 9, 1948, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, to the late William M. & Marion M. (Trimber) Byram Sr.
Susan is survived by her brother & sister-in-law, William “Bill” & Chris Byram Jr. of Arcanum; nephews, Adam Bryam and Andrew Byram; and a great-nephew, Benjamin Byram.
Susan waitressed at Gerschuh’s, Schumeth’s and the Fairlawn Restaurant for 15 years and later retired from Corning with 16 years of service. She attended Fort Jefferson United Methodist Church. Susan loved playing cards, Scrabble, BINGO and had a love for dogs.
The family will receive friends Sunday, August 4, from 2:00 to 4:00 pm at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home in Greenville. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm Monday, August 5, 2024, at Snell Cemetery in Darke County with Rev. Doug Baker officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to EverHeart Hospice in Greenville.
