Richard Kent Headley, age 79, of Versailles, passed away at 10:10 am Saturday, July 18, 2026, at Village Green Health Campus, Greenville, Ohio.
Richard was born on February 13, 1947, in Versailles, Ohio, to the late Robert & Ruth (Plummer) Headley. He is also preceded in death by his brothers & sister-in-law, Donald & Nancy Headley, and Bobby Headley; sisters & brother-in-law, Dorothy & Roger Snider, and JoAnn Ingle; and nephew-in-law, John Adkins.
Richard is survived by his nieces & nephew, Deb Adkins of Sidney, Michael & Diane Snider of Sidney, and Mindy Greggerson of Piqua.
Richard worked at Wayne Industries. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Versailles.
A graveside service will be held at 1:00 pm Thursday, July 23, 2026, at Greenlawn Cemetery in Versailles. Arrangements have been entrusted to Bailey Zechar Funeral Home in Versailles.
