Richard D. Baird, 83, of Greenville, Ohio, passed away on Monday February 2, 2026, at 2:02 AM at his residence. Richard was born October 15, 1942, in Greenville, Ohio, the son of the late Harry and Edith (Doss) Baird.
Richard served his country in the United States Navy; he was a machinist and he loved the outdoors, hunting, and spending time with his family.
Richard was preceded in death by his parents; his daughter, LaNita Shemo; his siblings, Monte Baird, and Betty Ridenour.
Richard is survived by his daughters, LoRinda Moore and RaDonda Davis; his sister, Carolyn Clark; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
