DARKE COUNTY – The Darke County Seniors are planning a Summer Picnic for Seniors age 55+ at Birchwood Senior Center, 8544 Jaysville-St. Johns Road in Greenville.
The event will be held on Thursday, June 26th, beginning at noon and requires that attendees RSVP by June 19th to Wally at (508) 789-3884 or Mary at (937) 423-2565.
Those attending are welcome to bring a lawn chair if desired. There will be a free boxed lunch, gift basket raffles, indoor and outdoor games, and so much more for those who RSVP by June 19th.
This event replaces the annual luncheon previously held at Romer’s Catering. Birchwood Senior Center offers comfortable and ample indoor and outdoor accommodations, so the event will be held regardless of the weather. Come ready to socialize and have fun.
