Raymond Claude Ignaffo, 65 of Greenville, Ohio, passed away on Monday August 10, 2026, at 2:22 PM at his residence. Raymond was born on September 30, 1960, in Wichita, Kansas, the son of the late Anthony J. Ignaffo and Alice (Mogle) Lambert.
Raymond retired from GTI in January and worked in lawn care. He was a member of the Greenville Elks Lodge; he was an outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing, going to the Fish and Game Club and doing lawn care.
Raymond is preceded in death by his parents; his daughter, Amanda; stepbrothers Bernie, and Kerney Miles his beloved puppy, Susie.
Raymond is survived by his significant other of 22 years Dawn Weedman; his children, Travis (Nona) Ignaffo, Krista (Jason) Besecker, Justin Weedman; his grandchildren, Austin, Wyatt, Jayce, McKenzie, Paxton, and Dominic, Hunter, Natalie, Aeris, Octavia Weedman; his siblings; LuGene Ignaffo, Kathy Braun, and Judy Seals Adore; his aunt Dora Spotts; his in laws, Bill (Karen) Smith, Harold “Rocky” (Kim) Ainsworth; his beloved puppies, Boo, Butterball, and Daisy.
Services for Raymond will be held on Saturday August 15, 2026, at 10:30 AM at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home, Greenville, Ohio with Mike Simmons officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery, Fort Jefferson, Ohio. The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM until 7:30 PM on Friday August 14, 2026, at the funeral home with an Elks Lodge of Sorrow being held at 7:30 PM
