MIAMI COUNTY – The Miami County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help to locate Willie Couch, (53), last known address in Tipp City.
Couch is a white, male, 6’ tall, weighing approximately 190 pounds, with blue eyes and brown hair. He was last seen on January 16, in Union Township. He is a United States Army Veteran and may have an altered mental status.
UPDATE: On February 2, a deceased male was found on OH-48 near Joyland Drive. The male was discovered on the edge of a tree line near a farm field. The person has been identified as Willie Couch. He had been reported missing on January 16th. A preliminary cause of death was found to be hypothermia. The official cause of death will not be determined until toxicology results are obtained in the coming weeks.
