ANIMAL COMPLAINT

March 26, 2025 – Caller advised a black dog at a residence keeps getting out and chasing people. No dog was observed or heard at the residence, and contact with homeowners was unsuccessful.

ASSAULT

March 27, 2025 – Caller reported an assault at this address. Officers responded and made contact with a female who had been assaulted. The suspect fled the scene before officers arrived. The investigation is ongoing.

CHILD ABUSE

March 25, 2025 – A daycare manager reported a child stated their mother hurt them. Report taken and referral made to CPS.

CPO

March 24, 2025 – The protected party went to her residence to gather belongings and a male violated the protection order by being in the residence. Officers responded and arrested the male. Charges were sent to the courts.

DISORDERLY

March 26, 2025 – Caller reported a male was overdosing at Advanced Auto Parts. The male was cited for disorderly conduct. Report taken.

March 26, 2025 – Officers arrived at this address and spoke with this individual. The subject stated that a female pulled behind her and began yelling at her. The subject stated they only wanted to document the incident and be left alone by the female.

March 27, 2025 – Officers responded to the location on the report of a disturbance between two males over a firearm. One of the subjects was warned for disorderly conduct.

DOMESTIC

March 24, 2025 – A male reported that his girlfriend was causing a disturbance at the house and breaking property. No reports of physical threats or violence. Parties separated for the remainder of the day.

March 24, 2025 – Caller reported there was shouting and screaming coming from the address. Upon arrival, there were no sounds of disturbance. The owner was spoken to via the telephone and confirmed there was no disturbance at the address. The owner believes this was a malicious call.

March 24, 2025 – Male reported that his sister yelled at him and chucked water over him. Upon arrival, the primary aggressor could not be established. Report taken.

March 25, 2025 – An adult female injured herself after throwing a walker at her front door. The female did not want to be transported to the hospital at this time.

March 26, 2025 – A male reported live in girlfriend threw water on him. The female agreed to leave for the night. Report taken.

March 26, 2025 – A male and a female were involved in a verbal argument. The female left prior to police arrival. The male is in the process of moving out.

March 26, 2025 – A male advised that his girlfriend was back at his residence, yelling and breaking things. Report taken.

March 26, 2025 – A male and a female were having a verbal disagreement during a child custody exchange in the back lot. No allegations of violence or threats of violence were made by either party. Custody exchange occurred without further incident.

March 27, 2025 – Male reported sister whom he lives with violating the restraining order he has against her and throwing items in his bedroom. Male was advised that this is a civil matter and to address his concerns in court next week at his court date. Nothing further.

March 27, 2025 – A caller reported a female was causing issues and being physical. Officers arrived, and the female was arrested. Report taken.

FRAUD

March 24, 2025 – Caller reported giving personal information to a possible scammer on Facebook Marketplace. Report taken.

HARASSMENT

March 24, 2025 – A mother reported that a juvenile female was trying to fight her juvenile daughter.

March 27, 2025 – A female wanted to report a sexual harassment incident and requested no follow-ups with the suspect.

MISSING

March 26, 2025 – Officers were dispatched to the address in reference to Sidney Police requesting officers look for a missing juvenile possibly staying there. Officers located the missing juvenile at the address.

SUSPICIOUS

March 24, 2025 – Caller reported a male wearing all black climbed over a privacy fence
and threw rocks at a residence. The male was located.

March 24, 2025 – Responded to a call referencing a female slumped over in a vehicle at a business. The female was located and found to be asleep. The female called her sister to pick her up.

March 27, 2025 – A citizen reported that a male with a gun pointed it at someone at this address and then fought them. Report taken.

THEFT

March 25, 2025 – Complainant reported his sister took his car keys. Officers spoke with the sister and she denied any knowledge of the keys.

TRAFFIC CRASH

March 25, 2025 – A female driver struck a parked vehicle with her vehicle. The female was taken to UVMC with a minor head injury. She was cited accordingly.

TRESPASSING

March 25, 2025 – Caller reported that her juvenile cousin’s medication had been stolen by another family member. Report taken. The family member was trespassed from the property.

UNRULY JUVENILE

March 26, 2025 – A caller reported a juvenile not being hygienic and not listening. Officers spoke with the child. The child stated they would listen to their mother.

March 26, 2025 – Officers were dispatched to the address in reference to an unruly juvenile complaint where a male juvenile was hitting walls and breaking items in the house.

March 27, 2025 – The complainant advised that someone was attempting to break into her window. Officers arrived and it was found to be her children had snuck out and were attempting to get back in. Report taken.

WARRANT

March 25, 2025 – Dispatched to a residence for subjects revving up a dirt bike engine. An adult male with an active warrant was located at the residence and he was arrested.

March 27, 2025 – A male was located and arrested on a warrant in Montgomery County. The male was transported and incarcerated in our jail.
