DARKE COUNTY – Have you heard? The Darke County Senior Outreach is hosting an amusing, unique, and perhaps a tad outlandish fundraising event to fund a much needed Senior Center in Darke County.
Pie-A-Boo is a pie in the face contest with ten local business leaders as contestants and the one who gets the most votes (i.e., raises the most money) gets a pie in the face. Those ten pie faced prospects are: Greg Zechar, Zechar Bailey Funeral Home, Jessica Mason, Versailles Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center, Heather Stith, Trustwell Living at Oakley Place, Darcy Blankenship, Buckeye Forest, Cortney Yount, EverHeart Hospice, Eric Fee, Tribute Funeral Home, Desteni Mason, KTL Performance Mortgage, Pam Bowman, Comprehensive Health, Allie Paul, Close to Home, and Marsha Murphy, Rest Haven.
Use the QR code below or simply click here to place your vote. Feel free to stuff the ballot box for your favorite pie in the face contestant, all while raising money for a wonderful cause. Each vote is only a $1 donation… $5 would be five votes. The winner will be revealed on Friday, October 31st at noon at the Birchwood Center, which will be covered “live” on the Darke County Senior Outreach page. Votes will be accepted until then.
