Patricia Faye Fourman, 78 of Arcanum, Ohio, passed away on Saturday July 18, 2026, at Miami Valley Hospital, Dayton, Ohio. Patricia was born July 1, 1948, in Dayton, Ohio, the daughter of the late Louis C. and Frances S. (Evelsizor) Heindl.
Patricia worked at Suttons in the bakery, at the Brethren Retirement Community as a cook, and was the Assistant Manager at Pac A Sac.
She was a 1966 graduate of Arcanum High School and a member of Painter Creek Church of the Brethren where she sang in the choir.
Patricia is preceded in death by her parents; her grandchildren, John Fourman Jr., Daniel Crow Jr., Logan Crow, and Joshua Kenworthy; brothers and sisters-in-law, Cork and Evelyn Heindl, and Tom and Shirley Heindl; her in-laws, George and Olive Fourman and Martha and Oscar Harrick; and her nephew, Chuck Heindl.
Patricia is survived by her husband of 59 years Garry Fourman of Arcanum whom she married July 15, 1967; her children and spouses, John M. and Leslie Fourman, and Tammy Fourman and Kyle Printz; her grandchildren, Tasha, James, Staci, Ciara, Dalton, Aaron, Kegan, Russell, Cheyanne, Rebecca, Jeffrey, Angelica, Travis, David, Jordan, Jerry Paul and Amanda; her great grandchildren, Raygan, Peighton, Isabella, Natalie, Ellie, Eugene, Skylynn, and Sterling; her sister, Nancy Baker; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Services will be held on Saturday July 25, 2026, at 5:00 PM at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home, Greenville, Ohio with Pastor Philip Reynolds officiating. The family will receive friends from 3:00 PM until 5:00 PM on Saturday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Painter Creek Church of the Brethren or the National Breast Cancer Foundation
