Pamela Sue Fritz (Wilmoth), 70, passed away peacefully on January 22, 2026, in Spartanburg, South Carolina.
Born on November 8, 1955, in Danville, Virginia, Pamela was the daughter of the late Gayle Wilmoth Sr. and Virginia Ann Wilmoth. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Gayle “Bubba” Wilmoth Jr.
Formerly from Greenville, Ohio; Pamela was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother whose life centered around her family. She is lovingly remembered by her husband, Gary Fritz whom she married on April 10, 1981; her daughters, Ashley Fritz Smith (Joshua), Lindsay Fritz, and Brandi Fritz; and her cherished grandchildren: Sarah Schubert, Bentley Fritz, and Remington Smith.
A woman of deep faith, Pamela was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church. Her spiritual life was a source of strength and comfort throughout her years.
Pamela found great joy in spending time with her girls and grandchildren. Whether gathered for holidays or everyday moments, she treasured the laughter and love that filled those times together.
Her memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. She will be deeply missed.
A celebration of Pamela’s Life will be held from 1:00-4:00 PM on Saturday, June 13, 2026 at Tribute Funeral Homes, Greenville Campus.
