No Varsity is the brainchild of Greenville Senior High School alum Desmond Thompson, Noah Walker and Simeon King with a goal of forming fun events while giving back to the community.

“The organization in a nutshell really started with Des just making music but it’s formed into a business because we wanted to give back,” King said. “We were already doing that before we were an official business, giving back so we’ve been doing that now through the title of No Varsity giving back to the community however we can and forming fun events. We want to get people out to do something because there is not enough of that.”

The 3×3 basketball tournament was made up four man teams allowing for one sub per team with each participating player received a t-shirt designed by No Varsity.

“Anyone of us three come up with the design,” King noted of the company’s t-shirt designs. “If we design something and its good we use it.”

Desmond has the musical talent of the three and has recordings that may be viewed on most social media outlets including Instagram (no.varsity), Facebook (No Varsity) and Youtube.
